Social Studies

Social Studies discipline includes content in the areas of civics, people and nations of the world, economics, geography and history. Students develop skills and processes that they will need to be college career and civic ready. They should learn how to develop questions and plan inquiries, applying  disciplinary tools and concepts, to their research. They should be able to evaluate sources and use evidence to communicate their conclusions and take informed action.
