Long Term Disability

WCPS offers long term disability coverage (LTD) to all full-time permanent employees. WCPS pays some or all of the premium for this coverage based upon your bargaining group.

WCPS is partnering with a new disability insurance carrier effective July 1, 2026.  While materials are still being reviewed and finalized, please refer to page 24 in the FY 2027 Employee Benefits Guide for more information.
