HR
Why was center established?
WCPS is deeply committed to promoting wellness and healthier lifestyles through comprehensive wellness programs.
WCPS has partnered with Marathon Health for this endeavor. WCPS believes Marathon’s providers share this commitment and will help us achieve these goals by providing better care, more time with medical providers, and on-site access to basic medications and laboratory services.
The center is funded by the WCPS self-insurance fund, not the general budget, and is a model that’s been implemented in several counties across the state. Financial modeling shows the center could be saving the self-insurance fund $3 million per year by the end of the five-year contract. It is WCPS’ goal to keep medical premiums low for employees with this cost-savings.

Meet the Providers

Susan Arnoult, MD
"The human body is the most amazing machine on Earth, and people are the most interesting things on earth! I love getting to know patients and working with them to optimize their health individually. Evidence-based medicine is my foundation, but I never discount possible natural alternatives, grandma’s advice, or home remedies."

Amber Rutkowski, FNP
"I believe in providing high-quality care while acknowledging each individual’s unique situation. I tend to promote preventative and proactive measures to keep you in optimal health. It is my goal to offer my patients adequate information to allow them to be an active participant in their health care needs."
