FY2025 Budget
The budget adopted by the Washington County Board of Education is a financial plan (estimate), normally for a fiscal year (July 1–June 30), that matches all planned revenues with planned expenditures of the school system. The FY2025 budget is for the period from July 1, 2024–June 30, 2025.
BUDGET PRIORITIES FY2025
The Board of Education adopted its budget priorities for FY2025 on September 19, 2023.
The priorities are:
- Salary and Compensation to Attract and Retain Staff
- Safety & Security, Mental Health, and Behavioral Supports
- Meeting the Requirements of the Blueprint for Maryland's Future
- Combating Inflation
