Care Solace

WCPS offers free access to Care Solace, a confidential care coordination service that connects students and their families to mental health providers and substance use treatment matched to their needs-regardless of insurance.


how to access care solace services:

Call 888-515-0595 at any time (multilingual support is available). 
Visit caresolace.com/site/wcps-k12 to search an extensive list of care providers anonymously.
Contact the school social worker or school counselor at your student's school to ask for a student referral.

Be prepared to provide:

  • Basic contact information
  • Type of service desired
  • Insurance provider and plan (medical insurance is NOT required to use Care Solace)


what happens after you contact care solace?

Care Solace will:

  • Seek out providers on your behalf and keep you updated via text or email.
  • Call you to present at least two options.
  • Offer to assist in scheduling your appointment.
  • Follow up after your appointment to determine if you're satisfied with your provider match.
  • Continue searching for a provider if you're not satisfied with the initial match.
  • Provide support and answer questions every step of the way.
